In last autumn, VALMIERA GLASS GROUP was represented at FeuerTrutz exhibition in Germany, that was the first exhibition since the beginning of the pandemic, but in May of this year we participated in the first major exhibition, that was held after two years of pandemic time - JEC World in Paris. This is worlds leading exhibition for composite applications and was attended by visitors from all over the world. According to Ingo Bleier, Member of the Board responsible for sales, the stand of VALMIERA GLASS was occupied all days resulting in very positive meetings with new and existing customers and suppliers and could collect a lot of new business potential for VALMIERA GLASS GROUP.
At a time, when the summer solstice is traditionally celebrated in Latvia, part of the VALMIERA GLASS GROUP team celebrated it in a completely different way this year – introducing existing and potential customers to our solstice traditions on Midsummer’s Days. Techtextil is traditionally our most important show, because, according to I.Bleier, we see customers for our complete product range starting from fibers, yarn, mats, fabrics, coatings & laminating. Due to the geopolitical situation, we can expect additional demands and inquiries from existing and new customers, new business opportunities, and chances to strengthen our market position in thermal insulation applications
and the construction market.
