In late May, the Management Board and Supervisory Council of VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA AS were reelected for a term of three years.
Mr. Jürgen Preiss-Daimler continues his role as the Chairman of the Supervisory Council, and Mr. Hans Peter Cordts as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council.
As of 25 May 2018, the Supervisory Council has the following composition: Jürgen Preiss-Daimler, Peter Cordts, Stefan Preiss-Daimler, Jöran Pfuhl and Andris Oskars Brutāns.
With their term starting on 29 May 2018, Stefan Jugel, Andre Heinz Schwiontek and Doloresa Volkopa were reelected to the Management Board. A new Board Member appointed was Ģirts Vēveris.
Stefan Jugel was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA AS. Andre Schwiontek, Board Member and former Chairman of the Management Board of VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA AS, will remain CEO of P-D VALMIERA GLASS USA Corp. He will also be responsible for sales and procurements at VALMIERA GLASS GROUP.
