On 22 November, 2021 the decision of the Company Register on registration of changes in share capital of VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA AS was received.
On October 4 at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting was made a decision to increase the share capital of the company, as part of which the majority shareholder Duke I S.à r.l. makes a material investment by capitalizing the debts of VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA AS in the amount of 45.39 Mill. EUR.
Thus, the company’s equity, which had been negative for more than two years, is again positive and reaches 10% of the equity value. Among other things, this will allow suppliers and partners to feel safer in cooperation with VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA AS. After the share capital increase, shareholder Duke I S.à r.l. owns 98.04% - majority of VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA AS shares.
